The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is located near many great restaurants and shops which made it easy for us to explore. The room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of natural light pouring in.

The bed was a bit too firm for our liking and the pillows could have been more comfortable. , the hotel did not have any on-site water sports facilities which was a disappointment.

The location is amazing. I woke up to the sound of waves every morning as the hotel is right next to the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making my stay even better. Cleanliness was not an issue at this hotel, the room was spotless and well-maintained. Hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa.

The staff and spa were great. It was nice to have the option of a Thai massage at a fair price. the reusable water bottles in the room were a smart addition, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was a plus. it was easy to walk to nearby attractions.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortably hard, and the bathroom setup was impractical. the designated "sea view" meant looking past piles of garbage and the sewage plant from the narrow balcony.
